RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

✔ Source potential candidates from various online channels
✔ Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
✔ Screen incoming resumes and application forms
✔ Interview candidates for preliminary round
✔ Advertise job openings on company’s website, social media, job boards and internally
✔ Provide shortlisted candidates to hiring manager & Lining up interviews
✔ Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
✔ Monitor time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
✔ Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
✔ Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
✔ Experience with sourcing techniques
✔ Solid verbal and written communication skills
✔ Sound judgement

✔ Accounting experience in CA firm or should have handled end to end accounting.
✔ Petty cash Management
✔ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
✔ Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
✔ Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
✔ Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
✔ Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
✔ Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
✔ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
✔ Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
✔ Assist with other accounting projects
✔ Debtors Follow up & Realization
✔ Should ensure that the work should not suffer in his / her absence. Hence the reporting person should be well informed of all your accounting activities.

• Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
• Previous work experience as a video editor.
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
• Portfolio of completed film productions.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
