Qualification:
- Graduation in any Stream
Min Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in either Marketing and Sales.
- Fresher may also apply.
Age:
- Not exceeding 30 years.
Major Responsibilities:
- Generating leads for selling Retail Asset Products.
- Achievement of agreed sales objectives for the defined territory / Region for all the Retail advances.
- Maintain the Daily Sales Reports in the desired format prescribed by the Client from time to time.
- Channel Lead Management.
- Timely Update of market information and competition schemes to reporting managers.
- Attend the Product & Sales skill training provided by the Client and constantly update themselves with the latest product features and guidelines.

- Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned products within the geographical area allotted to BDE.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues
- To Achieve Targets by Selling Personal loans
- No cold calling
- Estimating the creditworthiness of a prospective customer
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Competencies:
- Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations
- Should have good English communication skills
- Graduate preferred
- Should be confident and presentable
- Should have good convincing and selling skills
- Experience in an online e-referral model is a definite plus.
- Sales- Home Loan, LAP
Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes/revenues
- To Achieve Targets by Selling Housing loan/LAP products to the Residents/Customers
- Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database with the Right mix of Profile
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail customers
- Generating New HL/LAP business
- Estimating the creditworthiness of a prospective customer
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Competencies:
- Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations
- Prior experience in Digital e-referral channel is a must
JOB LOCATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
✔ Accounting experience in CA firm or should have handled end to end accounting.
✔ Petty cash Management
✔ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
✔ Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
✔ Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
✔ Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
✔ Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
✔ Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
✔ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
✔ Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
✔ Assist with other accounting projects
✔ Debtors Follow up & Realization
✔ Should ensure that the work should not suffer in his / her absence. Hence the reporting person should be well informed of all your accounting activities.
